Working Principle:

1, Working with the film making machine:

During the processing of film,the scraps sent out by the film making machine will be transferred to the transaction mechanism of the granulator immediately.The extrusion mechanism partially melts the scraps and extrudes them to the mold.The granulation mechanism cuts them into average particles,which are then inhaled by the feeding cooling mechanism and sent to the cooling pipe.Finally,they are sent to the customer collection device to complete the recycling procedure.

2, For slitting machine:

Roll the leftover onto the paper core and send them into granulator for granulating.

Structure:

The machine consists of the following components:

electric mechanism, feeding mechanism, pressing device, transmission system and shear component.
